Using EQA and QMS to Improve Quality Beyond the Analytical Phase

Participants will explore key QMS components such as process mapping, quality indicators, nonconformity management, and continuous improvement approaches. The workshop provides hands-on guidance on interpreting HuQAS EQA reports, identifying corrective actions, and using EQA data to drive measurable improvements in accuracy and compliance. 

By the end, laboratories and participants will be well equipped to:

• Leverage HuQAS EQA for continuous quality improvement.
• Integrate EQA findings into their QMS (RCA, CAPA, Risk Management).
• Understand and apply ISO 15189:2022 requirements.
• Use practical steps for implementing and sustaining an effective QMS.
